Terex: What Terex highlighted at AGG1 2025

Terex Materials Processing (MP) showcased digital tools and services during AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo at America's Center Convention Complex in St. Louis. One of the newest support solutions Terex MP offers is Terex Connect, a tool allowing Terex technicians to "see" on-site issues virtually through live video. The company says technicians interact with AR annotations and provide faster, more accurate diagnostics without needing to send an engineer on-site. Additionally, the company says service and support are strengthened with Ask Terex, a new, multilingual AI platform trained on machine documentation and data. Designed to provide quick, intelligent responses to all support machine-related questions, Ask Terex searches Terex MP equipment manuals and delivers solutions to questions in an average of seven seconds. "Our participation in AGG1 2025 this year is an opportunity to demonstrate how far we've come in transforming the customer experience," says Pat Brian , vice president of Terex Aggregates. "What we are highlighting are the tools and systems that truly set us apart in the industry. "From digital solutions that maximize machine uptime to e-commerce platforms that streamline parts ordering, we are focused on helping our customers get the highest return on their investments," Brian adds. "By integrating the latest technologies across all our brands, we're providing our customers with everything they need to thrive in an increasingly digital world." Terex MP says its digital focus at the show was brought to life with interactive touchscreens and holograms, as well as with representatives from several aggregate brands, including Canica, Cedarapids, EvoQuip, Finlay, Magna, Marco, MDS, Powerscreen, ProStack, Simplicity and Terex Washing Systems.
