Terramar Retail Centers: Hercules: Developer of Safeway store pulls out

Terramar Retail Centers LLC submitted a "Notice of Termination" regarding Sycamore Crossing, which was slated to contain about 136,250 square feet of shopping and dining space anchored by a two-story, 55,000-square-foot Safeway grocery store with an 18-pump gas station.
