ADB: ADB delivers final $1.4-billion funding for Malolos-Clark railway project

The national government has secured the final $1.45 billion (about ₱82 billion) in funding from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Malolos-Clark Railway Project (MCRP), one of the multilateral lender's largest infrastructure investments the whole Asia and the Pacific (APAC).
