The Buncher Co. will get $640,000 for dropping plans to redevelop the Pennsylvania Railroad Fruit Auction & Sales building in the Strip District, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. It came out last week that Buncher would not move forward with its Strip District plans, which would have taken down a portion of the building.
