The Counter Burger: Burger joint the Counter opens in downtown Phoenix

Another burger restaurant is trying to make it work in downtown Phoenix. The Counter Custom Built Burgers is set to open today near Central Avenue and Adams Street in the 3,100-square-foot space formerly occupied by Baja Fresh Mexican Grill.
