The Grocers Supply: Nation's largest wholesale grocery supply co. to buy Grocers Supply

C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc. said Nov. 3 that it will acquire the wholesale distribution and supply business of Houston-based Grocers Supply Company Inc. The deal is expected to close before the end of the year, but financial terms were not disclosed.
