The Herbivorous Butcher: Herbivorous Butcher will open in Northeast this fall

The Herbivorous Butcher, a maker of "meat-free meats" that's built a national reputation on the strength of its farmers-market booths and wholesale business, will open its first permanent retail location this fall.
