The Jefferson Hotel: Best historic hotels in America includes one in D.C.

Washington is full of history, and one of its hotels made the 2015 list of best historic hotels in America. The annual awards, from the National Trust for Historic Preservation, names the Jefferson Hotel as the best historic hotel with between 75 and 200 rooms. The Plume restaurant at the Jefferson was also named best historic restaurant in conjunction with a historic hotel.
