An auditor hired by the D.C. government has found the owner of the Line D.C. hotel failed to comply with two requirements that would allow the hotel to receive a planned $46 million tax abatement from the city. The accounting firm, F.S. Taylor, found that Adams Morgan Hotel Owner LLC only provided 323 construction-related jobs to D.C. residents over the life of the project, whereas the tax abatement law required 342 jobs to be provided.
