And not only that, but this year is our biggest intake of organic fruit and it has been an excellent season to be an organic grower.The old adage "Happy Wife, Happy Life" could apply to winemakers too. And boy is he happy. Anthony has got himself a great team this year and is loving the quality of fruit coming in from Windowrie and believes it to be the best ever in the wineries history. "Our whites have all come in in pristine condition and the vibrancy of the fruit is delicious. The reds are showing some really rich, dark berry flavours that I can't wait to work with. I'm loving the 2016 vintage!"This Sunday We will be picking our first vintage of Pique Poul - The Oyster Wine, a new variety to the region, NSW and Australia.All our members are invited to join us for a particularly quick pick of the Pique Poul at 6am on Sunday the 28th of February followed by a breakfast in the vineyard to celebrate our first vintage of this unique white wine variety.There are lots of events happening in and around the Cowra and Canowindra region.
