The Raymond Group: Developer proposes 12-story commercial building with hotel near Hilldale

Raymond Management Co. is proposing a 275,500 square foot mixed-use building with a 178-room hotel, office space, and 245-space parking garage at 4601 Frey St., just behind the Target store that faces University Avenue.
