The Raymond Group: Raymond Group buys downtown St. Paul site for hotel

The Raymond Group, a Wisconsin hotel developer, has locked in land a few blocks from Regions Hospital in downtown St. Paul where it's planning a 180-room hotel. The Pioneer Press reports on the $2.6 million sale of the parcel, which is now a parking lot at 472 Jackson St. St. Paul-based PAK Properties and the Halverson-Blaiser Group were the sellers.
