TheCut: Lindsay Peoples Wagner is Teen Vogue's new editor

Lindsay Peoples Wagner, a fashion editor at The Cut, has been named as the editor in chief of Teen Vogue. Wagner will join the digital magazine owned by Conde Nast in a week, WWD reports. She replaces Elaine Welteroth, who left the publication in January after Teen Vogue dropped its monthly print edition.
