Thor Construction: Thor Construction gets OK to build North Mpls. HQ

A $30 million development project that includes a new headquarters for Thor Construction in North Minneapolis has won unanimous approval from the city's Planning Commission. Finance & Commerce reports on the vote, which OK'd an underground parking garage and other variances for the 70,000-square-foot, multitenant office and retail building at Plymouth and Penn avenues.
