Tillery Capital: Electromedical Products International Acquired By Tillery Capital

Mineral Wells, Texas-based Electromedical Products International, which makes a non-invasive device for treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, and pain, has been acquired by private equity investor Tillery Capital. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. EPI was advised by Dallas-based Generational Equity in the deal. General Equity said the deal close on June 30th.
