Titan Construction Supply: PE-backed Construction Supply Group makes three acquisitions

Construction Supply Group, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, has made three acquisitions: All-Tex Supply, MASONPRO, Inc. and Titan Construction Supply. No financial terms were disclosed. CSG is a provider of specialty construction materials, accessories and tools, primarily for professional concrete and masonry contractors in the U.S. and Canada.
