Tonkon Torp, One of Portland's largest law firms, has named a new managing partner. Kurt Ruttum was elected to the role effective July 1, the firm announced Wednesday. He succeeds Darcy Norville, who held the role since 2015. Ruttum has been on Tonkon Torp's managing board since 2005. He practices general business and corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and finance.
