Tower Cloud: Fiber company permitting for Jacksonville installations

Tower Cloud, a telecommunications company out of St. Petersburg, is moving ahead with its plans to build a fiber network in Northeast Florida. The company filed permits with the City of Jacksonville for right of way access at Orange Picker Road between San Jose Boulevard and Mt. Zion Road in Mandarin.
