Trafficware: KRG Capital Sells Trafficware To Cubic Corporation In $235.7M Deal
Denver-based buyout firm KRG Capital Partners said on Thursday that it has sold one of its portfolio companies, Texas-based Trafficware, to defense services company Cubic Corporation. According to Cubic, it paid $235.7M in cash for Trafficware, which is based in Sugarland, Texas.... (more)
