Trafficware: Trafficware Acquired By Cubic Corporation

Sugarland-based Trafficware, a developer of traffic management systems used by cities and transportation agencies, has been sold to California-based Cubic Corporation. Cubic said it paid $235.7M in cash for Trafficware, and also said that Trafficware will add approximately $50M in sales and $14M to $15M in adjusted EBITDA in Cubic's fiscal 2019 year. Trafficware becomes part of the Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) unit.
