TriCore: Rackspace makes biggest buyout yet, acquiring Mass. IT services company

Texas-based Rackspace Hosting Inc. is under contract to buy TriCore Solutions, a Norwell, Massachusetts information technology services company, in its biggest acquisition ever. TriCore Solutions was bought by BV Investment Partners, a mid-market private equity firm, in 2014. Lumerity Capital was another co-investor of TriCore Solutions.
