Truitt Insurance & Bonding has acquired Homewood-based Beacon Insurance Group. The Beacon staff will be relocating to the Truitt office in Birmingham's Lakeview District. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Truitt, founded in 1991, will now have 15 total employees across three branches.
