Arrangements for the Annual General Meeting The Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM" or the "Meeting") will be held at 1.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 21 May 2025 at 5th Floor, The Minster Building, 21 Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7AG. Voting You are strongly encouraged to appoint the Chair of the Meeting as your proxy to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, vote and speak at the AGM by using one of the following methods: electronically at www.shareview.co.uk by following the procedures set out in the notes to the Notice of AGM; by completing the enclosed form of proxy and returning it to Equiniti by post at the address set out in the form of proxy; or via the CREST electronic proxy appointment service (for CREST members).
