TurnKey: Vacasa to go public after buying Austin's TurnKey Vacation Rentals

Vacation rental management platform Vacasa is going public through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company. The announcement comes a few months after Vacasa purchased Austin-based vacation rental property manager TurnKey Vacation Rentals.
