TVS Infotech: TVSi buys Blisslogix to scale up mobile app

TVSi, a fast growing technology solutions and services provider and part of the TVS Group, has acquired Blisslogix, a leading provider of enterprise mobility solutions and services, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition will enable TVSi to scale up capabilities in the mobile applications space.Blisslogix's team of over 120 mobility specialists, with expertise in custom mobile development, IoT, wearables and analytics, are expected to significantly supplement to the existing tech expertise of TVSi, a senior official said."Looking ahead into the digital era, we see our customers adopting eme­rging technologies and pl­atforms like mobile, analytics and the cloud very qui­ckly and smartly to help th­em compete and grow.
