Richard Green has been promoted to Vice President of Project Development for the Midwest Region at U.S. Engineering Construction. In this position, he will continue his legacy of developing relationships with customers & helping others succeed. He started his career as Director of Business Development in Chicago, then moved to Kansas City for a position in JE Dunn's project management group.
