UBS: UBS Integrates Credit Suisse's India Service Units

Swiss banking giant UBS has merged the service units of Credit Suisse in India, enabling further collaboration and technological advancements.UBS has completed the merger of Credit Suisse Services (India), Credit Suisse Business Analytics (India), and Credit Suisse Services AG, Pune into UBS Business Solutions (India), according to a statement. The integration involved Credit Suisse's shared services operations in Mumbai and Pune with the consolidation of 24,000 employees under a single structure.According to the bank, the completed integration is expected to strengthen its global presence and enable further collaboration and technological advancements.
