Uncle Clay's House of Pure Aloha, also known as HOPA, has opened its second location at the Lanai at Ala Moana Center. The shave ice and ice cream business is the 10th to open in the food court, which opened in October in part of the former Shirokiya space. The 18,365-square-foot space, located next to Macy's in the Diamond Head wing on the second floor, will eventually house 12 tenants, 11 of which have been announced.
