UNICOM Systems: Unicom to acquire property located at Whitehouse Station, New Jersey

Unicom Corporation, a division of Unicom Global, has announced that it has signed an agreement with Merck Sharpe & Dohme Corporation ("Merck") to purchase the Merck property at Whitehouse Station, in the Township of Readington, NJ.
