UNITRAC: Wabtec announces two acquisitions

Wilmerding-based Wabtec Corp. said Monday it has completed the acquisitions of two companies, Unitrac Railroad Materials and Pride Bodies. The two companies are both in the railroad track business, with Unitrac manufacturing parts of railroad tracks and Pride Bodies in the gear, crane and system business.
