USTA: United States Tennis Association backs out of massive Spring Hill project due to funding issues

The United States Tennis Association has withdrawn from a 213-acre mixed-use development in Spring Hills where it had planned a regional tennis facility. The association failed to raise the several million dollars needed for the project, leaving the Franklin-based developer to look for replacement options.
