Vantage Hotels: With RLHC Acquisition, Vantage's Model Will Remain the Same

The latest consolidation move in hospitality-this time, RLHC's acquisition of Vantage Hospitality Group-will not alter the model Vantage has set forth since its founding in 1999. According to Hotel News Now, CEO Greg Mount says Vantage's "freestyle lodging" approach that includes annual membership contracts and elective brand standards will be kept intact and even accentuated under new ownership.
