Vantiv: Worldpay co-CEO to exit

Charles Drucker, the former CEO of Vantiv Inc. who became executive chairman and co-CEO of Worldpay (NYSE: WP) when the two companies merged earlier this year, will become the company's sole CEO when Philip Jansen leaves his role as co-CEO and a member of the company's board of directors on Dec. 31, 2018.
