Varitron: Hudson, N.H., company acquired by Pittsburgh manufacturer

Varitron Inc., an electronics-manufacturing services firm based in Hudson, New Hampshire, has been acquired by Pittsburgh-based manufacturer Intervala LLC. Officials at Intervala, which makes precision electronic and electromechanical products, announced that the acquisition of Varitron Hudson would expand its manufacturing footprint in the Northeast and its customer base globally.
