Get some oil based stain or solvent based stain at Home Depot or Lowes. Be aware that almost always, the color swatches that the manufacturer illustrates on the can or a color board, are lighter than when the stain is applied to the veneer. You will need to get a couple of stains that you can mix together in various amounts to come up with the color that you want. Do some testing on a scrap sheet of veneer.
