VersaFlex: KCK manufacturer VersaFlex forms joint venture with UK-based company

The VersaFlex Family of Cos. has teamed up with a UK-based company to launch a joint venture: Resdev VF LLC. VersaFlex, based in Kansas City, Kan., manufacturers specialty coatings, linings and technical foams for markets such as oil and gas, flooring, wastewater and transportation infrastructure.
