VersaFlex: PPG completes another acquisition

Pittsburgh-based PPG Industries Inc. completed its acquisition of VersaFlex, according to a news release. The deal adds 130 employees across three manufacturing sites - in Kansas, Oklahoma and Washington - to PPG. The company brought in about $70 million in revenue in 2020, according to the release.
