Vikaran: Vikaran Solutions bought by Patriot National

Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based Patriot National announced its acquisition of Chicago-based Vikaran Solutions LLC Monday. The workers' compensation company also entered into an agreement to purchase all outstanding stock of Vikaran's software development center in Pune, India.
