Vinli Blog Your Journey Just Got More Personal

No two drivers are alike. And even though you take the same commute to work every morning, your drives are almost never the same. So, last year we introduced the My Vinli Dashboard, providing you with an easy and comprehensive way to view and monitor your drives with favorite Vinli features like Vehicle Health, Driving Stats and Performance. The Dashboard made your drives more informative. You became more aware of how you drive. And, your car gained the ability to communicate to you. Now, it’s time to make the driving experience your own. That is why we’ve refreshed the My Vinli Dashboard for a more personalized commute. Get the information you want and need, just how you like it. After all, your time in your car should be just right for you. Cards It all starts with the introduction of cards, which are moveable sections within the My Vinli Dashboard. The cards allow you to pick and choose which features you would like to see in the order that you prefer. You can even remove the cards you do not use. So, if you stay tethered to in-car WiFi, you can move the WiFi card to the top of the Dashboard. If you look at your vehicle health and trip stats often, you can arrange them to be seen first.  Channel partners are utilizing the concept of cards when they integrate with the Vinli Platform. Partners can customize the card to showcase the information they would like their own customers to use or see. The cards can even feature specific actions. For instance, users of Meineke Car Care’s Revvy™ will see a Meineke card that shows the nearest Meineke Care Center right in the My Vinli app. Should they need to bring their vehicle into a Meineke location, the My Vinli app is there to help. To add and remove cards, go to your My Vinli Dashboard. Click the circular blue button located on the bottom right corner of the Dashboard. You will be taken to a screen that shows a list of “Active” and “Inactive” cards. Drag the different cards to the order you would like to see them in. And if there is a card you do not want to use, drag it into the “Inactive Cards” section. Trip View We’ve also expanded the amount of Recent Trips that can be viewed in the app. Now, you can view ALL of the trips you’ve taken since the beginning of your journey with Vinli. That’s right. Trips that were taken over six months ago can now be viewed in the My Vinli App!  To view all of your trips, tap on “View All”, located in the Recent Trips card in the dashboard. Here you will see a screen with a complete list of your past trips with Vinli.  Trip Details Two new trip statistics have been added to Trip Details. With the addition of “Fuel Used” and “Fuel Efficiency”, you can keep track of how much fuel is used throughout the course of the week. In addition to seeing your trip details for only the current week, you can also view it for each individual trip. Simply tap on a trip that you would like to see, and you will be able to view drilled-down information, such as trip route, details, and driver performance, from that specific trip. With better insights into how you drive, paired with our new personalization features for users and from channel partners, the open road is officially yours to take.
