VirTex: Electronics manufacturer VirTex expands to Northeast with acquisition

VirTex pursued the deal to expand its aerospace and defense manufacturing. The company is one of Austin's larger manufacturers, with tens of thousands of square feet for designing, building and assembling electronics.
