Visionworks: Eyewear retailer furloughs dozens of St. Louis-area workers

Eyewear retailer Visionworks is furloughing 94 workers across Missouri, including 26 in the St. Louis area. The San Antonio, Texas-based company disclosed the layoffs in a notice to the state, dated Thursday, under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act.
