Vita Craft: Shawnee company: Competitor stole our smart frying pan design

Imura International USA Inc., the parent company of Shawnee-based cookware manufacturer Vita Craft Corp., filed a lawsuit Wednesday accusing a competitor of infringing on its patents for cookware that communicates with the stove to control the temperature.
