vitaCare: GoodRx Buys vitaCare

Santa Monica-based GoodRx announced on Monday that it has acquired vitaCare Prescription Services, a service which helps patients understand their medication coverage and possible savings. vitaCare had been owned by TherapeuticsMD. GoodRx said it will pay $150 million in cash, with an additional $7 million in earnout, contingent upon vitaCare's financial performance through 2023.
