The manager of a longtime Frankfort Avenue Italian restaurant now has a financial stake in the business. Justin Tarullo has been the general manager of Volare Italian Ristorante for the last 18 months, but now he will be a managing partner of the Clifton restaurant. Tarullo, a Louisville native, joins Joshua Moore, executive chef and managing partner, with an equal stake in the restaurant, according to a news release.
