Vincit California is expanding its operations in Arizona by acquiring the entire business of Vuria LLC. Founded in 2001, Vuria is a software development and digital design company that designs and implements ECommerce and customer relationship management solutions as well as websites and mobile applications for its customers. Vuria also maintains the applications and sites it implements. Vuria’s revenue in 2020 was $ 2.2 million. The company has 21 employees and almost 300 active customers.
