Walter Toebe Construction: MDOT picks Walsh-Toebe team for second phase of I-75 rebuild

Annalise Frank - Chicago-based Walsh Construction Co. and Wixom-based Toebe Construction LLC signed on for a $224 million contract to remake and add HOV lanes to eight miles of Oakland County highway.
