Warner Media: WarnerMedia and Discovery announce Warner Bros. Discovery

Discovery, Inc. and AT&T Inc.* (NYSE:T) have announced that they have closed their transaction to combine the WarnerMedia business with Discovery. The combination creates a premier standalone global media and entertainment company, Warner Bros. Discovery Inc., which will begin trading on the Nasdaq on Monday, 11 April under the new ticker symbol 'WBD'.
