Wat-Kem Mechanical: Dayton-area mechanical contractor acquires local company

One of the Dayton region's largest mechanical contractors just got bigger. Troy-based Wat-Kem Mechanical acquired D&L Plumbing, with offices in New Carlisle. The deal sets the stage for Wat-Kem to move into new areas including residential plumbing, said Dave Steck, president of Wat-Kem.
