The Parkside district has another major multifamily development in the works. Watts Realty Co. has revived plans to develop three lots at Fourth Avenue South and 16th Street into apartments. Site demolition will begin in August for Flats on Fourth, an 86-unit, five-story apartment project that will be located at 1520 Fourth Ave. S., just a little over a block away from Regions Field.
