WCDP Blog WCDP gives to Buhoma SACCO

WCDP received a generous donation of $1000 from Joe and Janet, and we have given half of this donation to the Buhoma Community Savings and Loan Association, AKA the Buhoma SACCO. The Buhoma SACCO sets up savings accounts for its members and provides micro loans for business development and other activities in the community. It also helps support the construction of schools, clinics and other essentials in this remote village. The $500 given to Buhoma SACCO was well spent, providng 73 pangas
